Shipping Policy


We at Ed’s linens will make every effort to ship you products within 2 business days of receiving your order. If the item(s) required is not in stock in our warehouse, the items will be transferred to our warehouse by one of our retail stores, which in most cases only takes 2-3 business days.  Our order handling charge includes normal Canada post shipping. Surcharges may apply for large or oversized items as well as if you live in an area(certain northern or remote locations) serviced by an air stage point.

We will choose the quickest, most economical method of shipment unless you choose another option or contact us to do otherwise

Custom Clearance:

Continental U.S customers bear the sole responsibility of any taxes and duties your local customs office may charge.  We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If you refuse any shipment from Ed’s Linens, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for customs actions (damage or duties, fee, delays, etc) upon opening your package, as well as any associated costs of returning the package to Ed’s Linens

Modification/ Cancellation of Order:

Please be advised we try our best to ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order if all items are in stock in our warehouse.  If we are requested by you to modify or cancel after 24 hours of placing your order, we may not be able to accommodate your request. However, if you realize that you made an error immediately after placing an order, call our office or send us an email and we will make the necessary changes.  Please ensure you quote your order number

Backorders:

We will notify you by email within 2 business days if we are temporarily out of stock and cannot supply you with your order. We will offer you the option to either keep your order on file until the item is available or to cancel it.

Canadian Delivery:

If your purchase is over $150 CDN (before taxes), shipping is FREE

Free shipping is not available for deliveries to the Yukon, Nunavut, or Northwest Territories. Customer Service will calculate the shipping costs upon receipt of your order. For questions please contact our Customer Service at 604-270-4169 or by email at: customerservice@edslinens.com

USA Delivery:

If your purchase is over $200 (USD, before taxes), Shipping is FREE*

Free Shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. Customer Service will calculate the shipping costs upon receipt of your order. For questions, please contact our  Customer Service at 604-270-4169 or by email at: customerservice@edslinens.com

Note: US Customers, with orders over $2000, will be asked to supply FST# or Social Security Numbers as required by US Customs to expedite cross border shipments.

 International Delivery:

Ed’s Linens is not currently shipping worldwide! Is some cases we would be pleased to provide a quote for shipping ( and optional insurance) charges on your order.  Please email our customer service representative at customerservice@edslinens.com for assistance.

A customer service representative will respond to your inquiry before the end of the next business day.Ed’s Linens customer service will provide you with the lowest available shipping rates. We do not charge any additional mark-up on shipping charges.

 Fast processing & Delivery:

If your item is in stock, we will ship in within 2 business days of receiving your order. If your item is back-ordered, we’ll let you know by email within that time. Once your order has been processes, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of orders within Canada, and 7-15 business days for orders shipping to the USA.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular unless otherwise arranged.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

  • Please note that shipping quotes are subject to change and we do our best to provide an accurate shipping cost  based on your address.
  • Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times. 
  • Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding published holidays. 
  • When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed. 
  • All parcels originate from our distribution warehouse in Richmond, BC, Canada.
  • Ed’s Linens reserves the right to refuse shipping orders without cause with a full refund to the consumer.
