Return Policy

We will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 14 days of receipt.  For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any bedding or open-packaged bedlinen which includes anything that has been washed or used.

 You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from a sample shown to you. Please retain your receipt; we will be unable to process your return without a receipt.

Returns done in store can be processed immediately. However, returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.

Clearance products: ALL SALES FINAL, NOREFUND OR EXCHANGES.

All items returned to Ed’s Linens will be shipped prepaid by the customer.  Feel free to contact us if you need to be advised on the best method of shipping. Goods shipped back to Ed’s Linens outside of Canada may incur extra duties and taxes. Returning Merchandise Purchased Online by Mail:

To exchange or return merchandise email us at customerservice@edslinens.com.

You will need to indicate the reason for return or exchange and the action to be taken such as exchange or refund.  Place the return form in the box with your merchandise.  Please see below for mailing instructions.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, inspect legitimacy and process your return.  If the item(s) to be returned are deemed acceptable and in line with our return policy we will refund the total value of the merchandise purchased including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees.  Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online to a Ed’s Linens Store Location:

Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to any one of our stores.  Please note: You MUST present a receipt with your merchandise when doing a store refund or exchange.  Without a receipt, no refund or exchange is possible.  Please remember the items must be in original condition and which excludes anything washed or worn. Exchanges


For exchanges of mis-sent orders or damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you your replacement with no additional shipping charges.
